7. Your Rights Under the Personal Data Protection Law

According to Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law, regarding your personal data, you have the right to:

• Learn whether it is being processed

• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is being used in accordance with its purpose

• Know the third parties to whom it has been transferred

• Request rectification if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly

• Request deletion or destruction if it is processed in violation of the Personal Data Protection Law

• Object to any adverse results resulting from analysis by automated systems

• Request compensation if you suffer damages.
